Brut Réserve belongs to champagne collection of Champagne Florence Duchêne. The flask has a minimum ageing of 5 years old and is available only on demand.

Tasting notes:

Apple, nut and truffle nose. Crisp and fresh with a lovely mousse and delicate texture. Pleasant, but quite simple for the category.

 

Sight: Old gold with fine bubbles

Nose: Complex red fruits 
Mouth: Well-balanced with slight crisp in the finish

Harvest: 2017 Ageing since: 2018

Dosage: 6g/L
