Florence Duchêne

Florence Duchêne's origins are major in her life and as a "mestiza" herself, she wanted her cuvées to look her alike. The Champagne Florence Duchêne set up 3 new cuvées with Filipino-originated names: Di Mangan, Kalikasan and Bathala. They also are symbols from Philippine mythology and nature which is the pride of Filipinos.  

Bathala, God Creator had to be quoted as He is the God of every Being in the World and is the Almighty God. His uniqueness made us feel like He had to be our Rosé.

15% Chardonnay

35% Pinot noir (White)

42% Pinot Meunier (White)

8% Red Pinot noir Cumières

 

Sight: Nice rubis colour
Nose: Subtle stewed red fruits 

Mouth: Crisp sour red fruits
